All educational activities are independent of commercial influences. CEUs and hands-on materials provided by the supporting companies.

The Dental Implant Institute is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not implay acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD Endorsement. The current term of approval extends from December, 2003 to December, 2008.

DII Refund and Cancellation Policy:
To cancel, please notify the Dental Implant Institute immediately. Cancellations may be subject to a 5% administration fee. Please allow four to six weeks for refunds. "No shows" and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course will not qualify for refunds. In case of emergency, your registration may be switched to an alternative future course date.
