I had two implants on the upper mouth with Dr Chen two weeks ago, Am I allowed to eat hot and spicy food?
A
As long as your implants are healing well and you don't feel any pain, you should be okay to eat spicy food. You should, however come in and see Dr. Chen for a checkup after two weeks, and he can answer any other questions you may have.

About how much it cost me to do the whole mouth implant?
A
The price of a full mouth reconstruction can vary alot, depending on how many implants you want, and whether or not you need to have bone grafting done (you most likely will).
If you come in for a consultation with a doctor, we can look at your individual case and offer you options and quotes that will fit your needs. And if you come to our free seminar we will give you your consultation for free (a $210 value).
That means that you can get a quote for all of your work for absolutely free.

I have had approx $21,000 worth of dental work and one
bridge broke holding four teeth and my dentist says I have to live with a flipper I am going crazy with this object in my mouth I need 4 implants and I will not let my dentist in the past touch me.

I have two upper front teeth becoming lose and thinking of having an implant for both. But I live in Michigan. How long should I plan to stay in Vegas if I opt to do the procedure?
A
Actually Dr. Chen can have your implants placed with temporary crowns in as little as 30 minutes. The techniques he has developed make it so your implant surgery will be no more taxing than a regular dental visit. Meaning you will be able to walk out of our office and enjoy the rest of your day.
So the answer is one day, although this IS Vegas, you may want to take a couple of extra days to see the sights.

About a week ago I was playing with my dog when he head butted me in my lower gum! It since has turned into a blister somewhat similar to a canker sore and My two lower front teeth are now loose! Without actually seeing your case it is impossible to be sure, however here is what it sounds like. It it most likely that your teeth will not return to their former state. They have suffered a trauma, and are most likely becoming infected at the root. If they can be saved, they will likely require a root canal and a crown.
If they cannot be saved, then the Dental Implant Institute could remove the tooth and place immediate implants in their place, preserving your smile.
As far as the price, we would look at your case and offer a variety of solutions with varying prices. Be wary of any doctor who gives you an up front quote for implants, as they usually will only quote you the price for the implant itself.
They typically leave out the fact that you will need an abutment and a crown, and they usually charge more for complicated cases. At the Dental Implant Institute, we never charge you more for the complexity of your case.
